I had the opportunity to attend an RTI conference in Springfield last Monday and Tuesday.  It was a great opportunity to stay current and learn how to further enhance RTI within the Common Core Standards.  The remainder of the week was spent getting to know the students in my new push-in groups and intervention groups.  I am excited to be working in Mrs. Schlagbaums's Kdg room, Miss Tracy's & Mrs. Hull's First grade rooms and Mrs. Oliver's Second grade room. I will also be using the Leveled Literacy Intervention for 1st and 2nd grade Tier 3 Reading.
